Lindsay Lohan is preparing to take on an all-new adventure: motherhood.
Today, the 36-year-old actress announced that she and her husband, Bader Shammas, are expecting their first child together. Lohan announced the exciting news on her personal Instagram account by sharing a photo of a baby onesie.
The outfit featured text across the front that read, “Coming soon…” Lohan captioned the post, “We are blessed and excited!”
Fans flooded the comments section with celebratory messages for the mom-to-be. One person wrote, “This is WONDERFUL NEWS!!” Another added, “My entire generation is loving this right now. I can guarantee it.” Someone even made a Parent Trap reference: “Congratulations! Camp Walden camper summer 2032.”
Lohan and her husband have been together for about three years. They spend much of their time together in Dubai, which Lohan has called home for the past several years.
We first learned about the marriage last year when Lohan shared a post celebrating her 36th birthday and referred to Shammas as her “husband.” She wrote, “I am the luckiest woman in the world. You found me and knew that I wanted to find happiness and grace, all at the same time. I am stunned that you are my husband. My life and my everything. Every woman should feel like this every day.”
