It can be pretty difficult to convince yourself that any pair of leggings is truly worth a triple-digit price tag, even if they're electrically heated or can help perfect our posture in yoga or Meghan Markle is a fan (though the duchess seal of approval does seem to make literally anything and everything more tempting to buy). But we seem to have hit the budget-friendly jackpot with these $12 leggings on Amazon. And, no, that price was not a typo.
The high-waisted style by Leggings Depot comes in 37 different colors (with some discounted to just $5), but perhaps more impressive than that is the fact that they have more than 10,000 reviews and an overall rating of 4.5 stars. So maybe they aren't too good to be true, after all.
Sixty-nine percent of reviewers gave them a full five stars and 89 percent say the leggings fit as expected. One promising review from PattyT says, “These leggings are very soft and stretchy. They do fit a wide range of sizes. I am 5'5", 130 pounds and these fit fine. No baggy knees and no slipping down.”
As for taller ladies, Tam-Tam’s review adds, “I love these leggings! Very soft. I am 5'10 150 lbs and ordered the one size fits all in the dark brown color. They fit nicely and comfortable, the length is perfect, and they gave me a little compression that I was hoping for.”
