We’re going to have a Monster Ball of a wedding on our hands soon, because Lady Gaga just confirmed she is engaged to Christian Carino.
According to Us Weekly, 48-year-old Carino, a talent agent and Gaga’s beau of about a year, popped the question to the “Poker Face” singer over the summer, just a year or so after Gaga broke off her engagement with Chicago Fire actor Taylor Kinney. Gaga confirmed the rumors by thanking “my fiancé Christian” during a speech at Elle's 25th Annual Women In Hollywood Celebration.
A wedding probably won’t be in the near future, though, since the singer will prioritize her health for the time being, according to the publication. Gaga has fibromyalgia, a chronic pain disorder that was documented extensively in her Netflix documentary, Gaga: Five Foot Two.
Seems like Joanne won’t settle for a “Bad Romance,” and we couldn’t be happier for her.
