For the first time ever, the SAG Awards committee selected a host to lead this year’s festivities, and let’s just say we’re crossing our fingers for a Dax Shepard cameo.

Kristen Bell will be the first person to ever host the awards show at the upcoming 24th edition of the event, being held again at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles on January 21, 2018.

The Frozen star took to Twitter to announce the exciting news with a totally K Bell video, and we can only hope the 2018 SAG Awards team doesn’t regret their choice.

The video begins with Bell (incorrectly) explaining her role at the 2018 SAG Awards. Once the producer clarifies that Bell is the first-ever host of the annual show, the 37-year-old calls “President of SAG,” attempts to negotiate her contract and ends with an (almost) error-free message explaining that she will, in fact, be this year’s host.

The 2018 SAG Awards airs on TNT and TBS on January 21, 2018. We just might actually watch this year.
