Kristen Bell’s ‘The Good Place’ Character Just Debuted a Brand-New Look (& Potential Spin-off)

*Warning: Spoilers ahead*

In season four of The Good Place, Kristen Bell’s character Eleanor is suiting up and showing up, literally.

The premiere of the beloved comedy’s final season aired last night and fans were surprised to see Eleanor’s new look, which includes—wait for it—a suit. Although Eleanor typically opts for cozy sweaters and jeans or striped T-shirts, this season she’s stepping up as the head of the Neighborhood and dressing the part.

But that’s not the best part. During one scene, Eleanor tells Michael (Ted Danson), “Well boys, looks like we’ve got ourselves an SVU.” The fact that she’s wearing a power suit and rocking a perfectly coiffed bob makes her seem even more like Detective Olivia Benson of NBC’s crime drama Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. So, Bell went all out with her SVU homage and delivered the show’s opening monologue with a Good Place twist on social media.

“In the human justice system, pretty much everything you do is considered especially heinous,” she says into the camera in a video she posted on Twitter.

The 39-year-old Veronica Mars star goes on to say, “In the Good Place, the dedicated detectives that investigate these vicious felonies are members of an elite squad known as the Soul Squad. These are their stories.”

She captioned the totally spot-on video, “@nbcsvu, how’d I do? #TheGoodPlace,” to which the show’s Twitter handle responded, “From one squad to another, we salute you.”

Bell’s take on SVU caused series creator Dick Wolf’s production company to pitch a brand-new Law & Order premise on Twitter: “New show idea…Law & Order: SSU (Soul Squad Unit).”

Um, get on that, Wolf. We’d totally watch.
