Kerry Washington just proved that her singing is as flawless as Olivia Pope's problem-solving skills.
The Scandal alum performed a stellar rendition of "Joy to the World" while appearing on The Disney Holiday Singalong on Nov. 30, and it's safe to say that the Gladiators are seriously shook. The actress shared the performance to her personal Instagram page and wrote, "Tonight was really my childhood dream come true. Still on cloud nine."
Washington continued, "I love Disney. I love the this time of year. I loooove to sing. But most importantly I love being able to bring joy to your worlds and into your living rooms. Thank you for all the kind words and love tonight. Sending it back [heart emoji]. Let heaven and nature sing!!!! HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!!!!!!!!"
During the singalong special, Washington was surrounded by festive lights as she sang the popular carol. And in addition to hearing her gorgeous voice, viewers were treated to a few scenes from popular Disney movies like Tangled and The Lion King.
Naturally, fans were floored after they found out about Washington's vocal chops. One commenter said, "Omg. KERRY! You have been holding out on us! You can sing!" Another fan wrote, "Wow, you have such a beautiful voice."
The Little Fires Everywhere star joined a number of famous performers for the holiday singalong, including Katy Perry, Chloe x Halle, Ciara, Julianne Hough and Derek Hough. But if you missed the special, it's now available to stream on Hulu and ABC on Demand.
