Kelly Ripa Posts Throwback Photos of Her Father and Father-in-Law in Honor of Veteran's Day

Kelly Ripa is celebrating Veteran's Day by honoring two close family members who served their country.

The Live with Kelly and Ryan co-host, 50, posted two throwback Instagram photos dedicated to her father, Joe Ripa, and father-in-law, Saul Consuelos, who served in the Army and Navy, respectively.

Alongside the black and white photos, Ripa wrote, "These two young men served in the Army and Navy and grew up to be husbands, fathers, grandfathers and American patriots. Thank you Joe Ripa and Saul Consuelos for your service #veterans #veteransday"

This isn't the first time she's opened up about her close relationship with her family. Back in April, she shared an emotional throwback Thursday post that featured her parents and in-laws and opened up about how much she misses them all. She captioned the sweet photo, “Cannot wait to hug these four. (Mother in law. Mom. Dad. Father in law) Will hug in any order or first come first serve…circa 2005,” including lots of heart emojis.

Kelly knows best: Family first.
