Kelly Ripa Reveals the Family Member that Snores ‘Twice as Loud as Mark’

Kelly Ripa just shared major insight about her relationship with her husband, Mark Consuelos: He’s not the loudest snorer in the family.

This week, producers posted a behind-the-scenes video on the official Live with Kelly and Ryan Instagram page. The footage features Ripa confirming that the only family member who snores louder than Consuelos is their dog.

In the clip, Ripa reveals why she hasn’t been sleeping all that well. “My dog is going to kill me. She snores in bed with me,” she says.

The host goes on to compare her dog to her husband, adding, “I almost recorded her snoring, but I didn’t want to disturb her. But she’s, like, twice as loud as Mark.”

Consuelos is currently filming Riverdale season five in Vancouver, Canada. Due to social distancing protocol, he must remain in self-isolation until production wraps. Therefore, Ripa hasn’t seen her husband in over a month. While he won’t return for another few weeks, it doesn’t sound like she misses his snoring.

The post comes just a few months after Live with Kelly and Ryan resumed normal production. Ripa and her co-host, Ryan Seacrest, were filming virtual segments from their own homes due to the coronavirus pandemic. Although the actress temporarily hosted the show alone, Seacrest later returned after he was able to produce a negative COVID-19 test result.

Now all we need is a video of Consuelos sleeping alongside the dog. (You know, so we can be the judge.)
