Kelly Ripa Swaps Her Colorful Ensembles for an All-Black Jumpsuit on Friday’s ‘Live’

Kelly Ripa may be known for her colorful style, but she's definitely aware of the importance of having black in her wardrobe. The 51-year-old TV host just sported an all-black jumpsuit on Live with Kelly and Ryan.

For Friday’s episode, the producers of the hit morning show shared their daily behind-the-scenes clip from the start of the show on Instagram. “We’re live now!” part of the caption read. In the footage, Ripa and Seacrest walk on stage to their shared desk. (Ripa even has a quick chat with announcer Deja Vu.)

While watching the footage this morning, we were immediately drawn to the All My Children alum’s chic and sophisticated ensemble. According to the post, Ripa is rocking a black jumpsuit from the brand Rivet Utility. She topped off her look with subtle gold jewelry and her hair in loose waves.

This isn’t the only black jumpsuit Ripa owns. In fact, we can name at least two other similar pieces in her closet. Last October, Ripa opted for a black patterned Mayle Jumpsuit for an episode of the series. “It used to be very baggy, but I washed it in the washing machine,” Ripa revealed about the piece. “I did.”

And over the summer, Ripa, Mark Consuelos and two pals went out for some authentic Italian cuisine at Fresco by Scotto in New York City. For the occasion, she wore a black spaghetti strap jumpsuit. (She even paired the piece with a white jacket later in the evening.)
