Keke Palmer Reveals Name of Newborn Son & Shares First-Ever Baby Photo

Keke Palmer is a mom!

Yesterday, the 29-year-old actress shared a candid slideshow on her Instagram page with pics and vids showing the beautiful (and very stressful) moments surrounding the arrival of her newborn son, Leodis Andrellton Jackson, with her boyfriend, Darius Jackson, 29.

The first photo shows Palmer and Jackson’s stunned and honest reaction to being first-time parents for only 48 hours. In the third slide, we’re all treated to a heartwarming photo of the Nope star laying down with her eyes closed and holding her baby boy in her arms.

Palmer also included some close-up photos of her newborn son in the slideshow. In one picture, Leo is sound asleep in bed while holding a toy elephant by his side. “Born during Black History Month, with a name to match,” The Jump In! alum wrote in the caption. “LEODIS ANDRELLTON JACKSON, welcome to the world baby Leo.”

Back in December, Palmer revealed she was pregnant with her first child during her opening monologue on Saturday Night Live. The True Jackson, VP star, who was hosting the show that night, opened her long blazer and showed her growing baby bump to the live audience and viewers at home.

“I'm especially glad to be here though, because there's some rumors going around,” Palmer said. “People have been in my comments, saying ‘Keke's having a baby,’ ‘Keke’s pregnant.’ And I wanna set the record straight: I am.”

Congratulations, Keke and Darius!
