Katie Holmes is opening up about her workout routine…and we're all ears.

PureWow attended the Hoka One One's "Women Who Fly Panel" last week, where Holmes served as one of the panelists.

The actress discussed her personal wellness journey alongside track athlete Ce’Aira Brown and Alex Covington of the women’s advancement community The Wing.

Holmes looked comfortably chic in light-wash jeans, a black blazer and a pair of white Hoka One One Gaviota Leather sneakers.

While at the event, the 40-year-old actress was asked about how she likes to stay in shape.

“I do a variation. I used to put a lot of pressure on myself and say, ‘Oh, you have to work out five times this week,’ and then I decided you know what, I’m going to put this in the category of self-care and actually enjoy it,” said Holmes. “I look at it like that because then I don’t have all the pressure. I do yoga, boxing and cycling. I did the marathon in 2007 and I really ran it. But, I don’t run as much anymore.” Pretty impressive.

Holmes also discussed the impact exercise has on her well-being. “I think it always makes me feel better because even if I do five minutes, it’s better than sitting on the couch. Just getting my body moving when I’m stressed about something just immediately clears that. And I can start to think clearly again.”

Yoga, boxing, cycling and marathon running? How 'bout we just start with that five minutes of exercise she mentioned…
