Kate Middleton Turns Heads in Bold Purple Pantsuit During Trip to Northern Ireland

Kate Middleton doesn’t miss a beat when it comes to fashion. Just hours after her gold ensemble turned heads on the red carpet at the premiere of the new James Bond film in London, she’s having another fashion moment during today’s trip.

On Wednesday, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge took a trip to Northern Ireland and documented a few moments on their shared Instagram account. “It’s great to be back in Northern Ireland for a day in Derry-Londonderry hearing from young people about how life has been during the pandemic and meeting organizations working across communities,” the couple captioned a shot of themselves standing outside Ulster University Magee Campus.

The duo followed up with an image of Middleton holding a very hairy creature—Charlotte the tarantula.

While we were almost distracted by Charlotte, it was Middleton’s purple pantsuit that really caught our attention. Per Elle, the piece is from one of the duchess’s favorite designers, Emilia Wickstead. She topped off the look with a black turtleneck, a black bag and heels. For the occasion, Prince William looked dapper in a navy blue suit and matching tie.

As we mentioned above, yesterday the couple attended the London premiere of the 25th James Bond movie, No Time to Die. Middleton rocked in a gold gown by Jenny Packham, featuring a V-neckline and a dramatic cape that almost resembled long sleeves.

Looks like Kate is two for two and we can’t wait to see what she pulls out of her closet next.
