Kate Middleton and Prince William are getting in the holiday spirit with not one but two holiday parties.
Kensington Palace announced today that the 36-year-old Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will host engagements in London and Cyprus to support Royal Air Force service members and their families who will be apart during the holiday season.
Will and Kate’s December 4 celebration in London will primarily focus on children and will reportedly include activities like stocking decorating, snow globe making and crafting. There will also be a photo booth and postbox for families to send their loved ones in the RAF letters.
The Cyprus fete will take place on December 5 at the Cyprus Operations Support Unit, which is set to officially open that day. The space serves as a recreation facility for service members who aren’t on duty.
Both events aim to recognize the sacrifice made by RAF members and their families and to ease the difficulty of celebrating the holidays separately.
Just call them Santa Cambridges.
