It’s not every day that you see a—hey, wait a second. Is that the Duchess of Cambridge hanging out in a tree den?

Confirmed: Kate Middleton spent her morning exploring a pint-size fort with some young members of the U.K.’s Scout Association, as reported by an official Kensington Palace tweet.

Per the tweet, the duchess joined the kids at the Scouting headquarters, located at Gilwell Park in Epping, England, to take part in the Scout’s “pilot scheme to explore the potential of providing Scouting to children aged four and five—equipping them with the life skills and values of teamwork, leadership and resilience.” Her visit to Gilwell Park also marks the site’s 100th anniversary year.

It looks like fun, to be honest. And thanks to a video, we learned that the tree den got the Kate Middleton seal of approval. Watch:

“It’s very waterproof in here,” the mother of three stated. We feel like George and Charlotte would love a tree den. Louis, meanwhile, is too busy plotting a coup to care (or so we imagine).

Kate spent the rest of the visit trying out some of the various Scouting activities, like finger-painting and testing balloon rockets. And she looked the part, accessorizing her sweater-and-combat-boots outfit with a U.K. Scouting scarf tied in a friendship knot. (According to People, she was a Brownie herself.)

Playing in dens, chumming around with 5-year-olds…all in a day’s work.
