The Apartment Kate & Pippa Middleton Shared in Their 20s Is on the Market for $2.5M
If you’ve ever dreamed of living like Kate Middleton (who hasn’t?), then we have some major news.
The Middleton parents purchased the flat for the children in 2002 for £750,000, and Kate moved in after graduation from the University of St. Andrews in 2005. She resided there while working at Jigsaw and left it to Pippa and their brother, James, after she moved to Anglesey, Wales, in 2010 with Prince William.
While it’s not Kensington Palace, the three-bedroom apartment is in the desirable (and pricey) London neighborhood of Chelsea. It boasts custom cabinetry, views of the Justice Walk and lots of natural light.
The question remains: When can we move in?
