Let’s be honest: Most of us watch the Super Bowl for three reasons: the snacks, the commercials and the halftime show. Well, please excuse us while our inner ’90s girl completely freaks out, because Justin Timberlake was just confirmed as the 2018 Super Bowl halftime performer.
The pop superstar is set to return to the Super Bowl stage 14 years after his role in the infamous Janet Jackson Wardrobe Malfunction of 2004, and we have so many questions. Which of JT’s collaborators might make an appearance? Will there be an *NSync reunion? Will Jackson be there and will they wear matching his and hers beanies? Is it too much to hope for a Britney Spears cameo?
Unfortunately, we’re going to have to wait for answers until the big game on February 4, but until then we can at least occupy ourselves by learning (or relearning, as is the case for some of us superfans) all the dance moves to “Bye Bye Bye.”
