Here's Your First Look at Emily Blunt & Dwayne Johnson in the New ‘Jungle Cruise’ Movie
The new Jungle Cruise movie just earned a spot on our “must watch” list. (No offense, Lion King remake.)
Emily Blunt and Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson recently gave fans a sneak peek of their upcoming Disney film, and we’re all for the comical banter between the two co-stars.
In the teaser, Blunt shows viewers the set of Jungle Cruise, which is modeled after the Disney attraction of the same name.
When Johnson interrupts her 15 seconds of fame, the actress channels her inner diva and blurts out “this was just supposed to be my thing.” They bicker about Kathleen Katharine Hepburn and Michael Douglas until Blunt storms off camera.
“We’re just kidding,” she says before stealing Johnson’s line, “Welcome to the adventure of a lifetime.”
Jungle Cruise will hit theaters on October 11, 2019, and we can only hope Johnson has a Katharine Hepburn marathon before then.
