Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson goes full on Freaky Friday in the new (and really entertaining) Jumanji 2: Welcome to the Jungle trailer.
The action-packed preview kicks off with a group of mismatched high school students ordered to clean their school basement during detention. Futzing about, they find a Nintendo-esque game called Jumanji (R.I.P. board games) and fire it up. Once they choose their characters, they're sucked into the TV and emerge in the middle of a jungle as adults, played by Johnson, Kevin Hart, Jack Black and Karen Gillan. Hilarity and adventure ensue.
OK, it’s not exactly like Robin Williams's original film (sad face), but the modern cast reportedly references his legendary character throughout. Plus, who doesn't love The Rock?
Intrigued? You'll have to wait 'til the dice read five or eight (aka December 20) for Jumanji 2 to reach theaters.
