J.Lo’s Go-To Face Mask Has Three (Yes, 3!) Layers of Protection

When it comes to wearing a mask, Jennifer Lopez does not mess around.

The 51-year-old (who just celebrated her birthday) was recently spotted wearing her favorite Katie May Protected AF mask while riding her bike in the Hamptons. According to a press release, Lopez has also been seen in the Kate May Disco Ball face mask (in both black and ivory) during the last few weeks while attending protests (see below) and running errands. Unfortunately, the glitzy masks are currently only available to preorder ($26), unlike the brand’s other versions.

The Protective AF name fits the mask, considering it features triple-layer construction and the ability to add an additional filter, if desired. Not to mention, it also includes two adjustable straps to ensure comfort and security for any activity (such as bike riding). Simply put—you can still look super chic without skimping on maximum protection.

Available in 14 colors (yes, you read that correctly) the protective gear comes in two sizes, small-medium and medium-large. Handcrafted in Los Angeles, the masks are also machine washable and environmentally friendly.

The best part? The company is currently donating a portion of proceeds to charities No Kid Hungry and Color of Change. Lucky for us, the mask is still available online and retails for just $20. However, these babies are final sale, which means absolutely no returns.

But if Lopez loves them, we can’t see a reason why we wouldn’t either. Better hurry, we have a feeling they’re gonna go fast.
