Jennifer Garner Gave Fans a Rare Look at Her Home Gym and It’s *Huge*

While some of us have been secretly slacking in the fitness department, Jennifer Garner has been working extra hard to stay in shape during quarantine.

On Instagram, the 13 Going on 30 actress shared a screenshot from one of her recent virtual workout sessions, giving us a rare glimpse at where all the magic happens.

In the caption, she explained, "Every morning of quarantine I have subjected myself to the evil, wonderful ways of @thelimitfit. @bethjnicely is sweet but, as they say, a psycho. We have done mostly HIIT workouts, but occasionally, I get invited to the cool kids’ club and join Beth and @suttonlenore’s hour of dance cardio craziness. Every Saturday these ladies take their show on the road for donation-only zoom Dance Parties (so far, they have given over $23,000(!!) to @colorofchange, @grassrootslaw, @savethechildren)."

Garner is seen at her laptop in her L.A. home gym. The spacious room has recessed lights, large windows and a mirror wall. It also features a mounted flatscreen TV, some workout equipment and a huge yoga ball, all of which can be seen behind a smiling Garner as she kneels by her laptop. Meanwhile, her friends Beth and Sutton are sporting the biggest grins from their own home gyms.

Aside from giving her followers details about her past zoom sessions, the actress invited them to join in on the fun, assuring them that it would definitely pay off.

The Alias alum is no stranger to intense workouts. For her film Peppermint, she followed a strict program with her trainer, Simone De La Rue. But get this: Even when she wasn't training for the film, she worked out up to five days a week. De La Rue said, "We'll do something that's traditional strength training, and the next minute we’ll be dancing to build agility and core strength. I really mix it up, and we're never doing one thing. She does everything, which is incredible!"

We could totally go for some virtual dance cardio craziness.
