Jennifer Garner just shared a rare glimpse inside her home, and one thing’s for certain: She’s a big fan of decorative pillows and monochromatic colors.

Over the weekend, the 48-year-old actress posted a video on her personal Instagram account, featuring her virtual meditation session (which we could all use a bit of right now) with Dr. Chelsea Jackson Roberts. “Meditation with Chelsea: Remembering Your Why,” she captioned the post. “Breathe in freedom; breathe out strength. A meditation with @chelsealovesyoga.”

In the clip, Garner unknowingly gives us a sneak-peek at her bedroom, which is proudly displayed in the background.

Throughout the 15-minute clip, Garner is sitting in front of a small couch that’s located at the foot of the bed. It’s decorated with a combination of white and navy-blue pillows, which complement the stunning wood-framed headboard.

Speaking of the bed (which looks like an HGTV dream), it’s situated between two nightstands and adorned with more fluffy pillows. In addition to two bedside lamps, the actress also has light fixtures installed directly above the headboard, creating an ideal environment for late-night reading.

By the calming and comfortable vibe we’re getting from the room, it’s not hard to see why Garner enjoys to spend time relaxing and meditating there. In fact, this is the second time the Alias actress has shared a video of one of her sessions with Dr. Roberts (which was shot from the same spot).

In the caption of the original post, Garner explained that the video is a low-key highlight reel of her conversation with her pal. She wrote, “@chelsealovesyoga, I loved all of the time we spent together, but these are the two moments I go back to again and again. Perfect thoughts for a Sunday. For our full meditation on ‘HOPE & JOY’ please visit the IGTV tab.”

We’ve never felt more inclined to step up our pillow game. HomeGoods, here we come.
