From Prince William and Kate Middleton to Sofía Vergara and Joe Manganiello, there are countless celebrity pairings that would make excellent travel buddies. However, we never expected Jennifer Aniston and Jason Bateman to make the list…until now.
This week, Aniston posted a slideshow on her personal Instagram account, featuring never-before-seen photos from a recent vacation she took with Bateman and his wife, Amanda Anka.
The slideshow begins with two beach photos, and it’s followed by a candid pic of Bateman sitting across from Aniston and working on his laptop. The caption read, “Take us back [prayer emoji].”
In case you couldn’t already tell, Aniston and Bateman are longtime pals. They developed an off-screen friendship after working on multiple projects together—like Office Christmas Party and Horrible Bosses.
Aniston and Bateman weren’t the only ones who gave us vacation envy on social media. This week, Kristen Bell also posted a slideshow on Instagram and documented her family trip to Idaho with her husband, Dax Shepard. Their two kids—Lincoln (9) and Delta (7)—were featured in the pics, but their faces were covered by heart emojis (per usual).
The group was visiting Jimmy Kimmel and his wife, Molly McNearney, which proves the Hollywood friendship circle is smaller than you think. Oh, and guess who else made an appearance in one of the group vacation pics: Bateman.
The caption read, “Swan Valley, Idaho, on the Snake River [purple heart emoji] Thank you @mmcnearney and @jimmykimmel—you’re the best hosts in the biz.”
Perhaps we can squeeze in one more vacation before summer ends…
