The “What Have You Done for Me Lately” singer is set to perform on TV for the first time in nine years at the 2018 Billboard Awards, and all we have to say is we’ve missed you much, Janet. But wait, there’s more.
In addition to performing, Jackson will also join the ranks of Prince, Cher and Céline Dion, and receive an Icon Award. The award comes as no surprise, as the “Nasty” singer has been in the spotlight for nearly 50 years and has won ten Billboard awards. NBD.
The 2018 Billboard Awards will air live on Sunday, May 20, on NBC at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT.
