If Jacob Tremblay’s incredible performance in Room moved you, then the trailer for his new film, Wonder, will purge any repressed emotion from deep within.
Tremblay plays August “Auggie” Pullman in this adaptation of R.J. Palacio’s best-selling novel Wonder. Auggie is a little boy who is born with facial deformities and spends much of his childhood in and out of the hospital. After 27 surgeries, Auggie enters the public school system and faces elementary school adversity possibly more traumatic than living in a 100-square-foot room in captivity. With the support of his parents (Julia Roberts and Owen Wilson), Auggie shows his peers, teachers and community he’s more than a child with deformities—he’s a courageous little boy with an extraordinary story.
Originally scheduled for an April 2017 release, Wonder received such an overwhelmingly positive response that Lionsgate decided to push the release to November 17 for holiday movie season.

We love a hearty side of catharsis with our Thanksgiving turkey.
