Halloween has come and gone, and the queen herself, Heidi Klum, certainly emerged victorious as the holiday's winner once again.
In the wee hours of this morning, the Project Runway alum, 49, finally shared a look at her epic 2022 Halloween costume: a giant worm.
Klum shared a clip on Instagram and captioned the post, “Happy Halloworm! Love, @heidiklum.”
The model and TV personality also gave fans a behind-the-scenes glimpse of the preparation process, where she's seen wearing just half of her costume. She wrote, "Here’s a look behind the squeams and screams. #HeidiHalloween2022."
In yet another post, Klum shared a video of herself getting the finishing touches on her face makeup. She also shared the inspiration behind her costume and gave a shoutout to her brilliant team. She captioned the video, "So excited to be able to celebrate #HeidiHalloween2022 back in the Big Wormy Apple. Thank you to the entire @prorenfx team for another unbelievable year. You guys are the best and I love working with you."
The costume announcement comes a few days after Klum shared a montage video on Instagram featuring some of her most memorable costumes from previous years. One clip showed a montage that highlighted some of her best get-ups that had us all talking for days (no, seriously).
For one year, she dressed up as Jessica Rabbit (you know, from the movie Who Framed Roger Rabbit?). And we all know the unforgettable Fiona and Shrek couple costume from October 2018, where she dressed up as the animated princess alongside her boyfriend, Tom Kaulitz. Klum teased this year’s upcoming reveal in the caption, “One more week #HeidiHalloween2022,” with a bunch of Halloween-themed emojis.
The America’s Got Talent co-host also shared a behind-the-scenes video on her page, where she spilled all the deets on some of her all-time favorite Halloween looks.
Klum took it all the way back to the year 2019 and revealed the interesting story behind the scary—and gory—Alien costume. “This was from my Halloween party in 2019. I’m an alien. I come from a different planet and I look DIS-GUSTING!!!”
