The 76th annual Golden Globes took place tonight, and Glenn Close took home the award for Best Actress in a Motion Picture, Drama for her role as Joan Castleman in The Wife.
The actress beat out Lady Gaga for A Star Is Born, Melissa McCarthy for Can You Ever Forgive Me?, Nicole Kidman for Destroyer and Rosamund Pike for A Private War.
So. Well. Deserved.
