Elle Fanning’s latest hairstyle has “Baby Spice” written all over it.
Last night, the 21-year-old actress attended the Prada Resort 2020 fashion show in New York City, where she donned our go-to childhood ’do: half-up, half-down pigtails.

During the fashion show, Fanning was snapped in the front row wearing a bright off-the-shoulder dress with silver pointy-toe heels, all from Prada. The actress completed the look with two turquoise bows tied in her hair. We can confirm that Fanning has achieved peak ’90s nostalgia.
The runway spectacle took place at The Piano Factory, which is located on the sixth floor of Prada’s headquarters. The Resort collection featured a grab bag of patterned designs, everything from matching sets and clashing prints to sack dresses and cotton blouses.
Fanning arrived at the fashion show alongside her rumored boyfriend Max Minghella, who is widely recognized as Nick Blaine from The Handmaid’s Tale. Other attendees included Uma Thurman, Shailene Woodley, Diane Kruger, Mena Massoud (Aladdin), Naomi Watts, Hailee Steinfeld and Stranger Things stars Sadie Sink and Natalia Dyer.
Fanning started acting at age 2 when she played the younger version of her sister, Dakota, in I Am Sam. She went on to star in a number of movies, including Daddy Day Care, The Door in the Floor, Because of Winn-Dixie, Babel, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, Super 8, We Bought a Zoo, Maleficent and Teen Spirit.
