Colton Underwood & Cassie Randolph Aren’t Rushing an Engagement & Here’s Why

It appears our best bet at another Bachelor engagement is Hannah Brown, because Colton Underwood and Cassie Randolph aren’t rushing a proposal. (Sorry, Neil Lane.) 

In a recent interview with Us Weekly, the 24-year-old speech pathologist admitted that they’re not planning on getting engaged anytime soon. “We really don’t have a timeline,” Randolph said. “We’ve definitely talked about it, but we’re just enjoying right now and not worrying about it.”

Underwood chimed in and added that they “don’t want to rush something that’s going to last forever.”

“I mean, there’s no point in that,” he explained. “We want to build such a strong foundation for ourselves to use to sort of launch us for the rest of our lives and that’s what we’re doing.”

The couple met on season 23 of The Bachelor. Although it’s only been two months since the finale aired on ABC, Randolph confirmed that they’ve already moved on from the popular dating series.

“The show ended so long ago that it was so weird going back in time when we were watching it and thinking we’re so much past that and so much further along,” she said. “But, I mean, I just feel like I’m in a normal relationship. Obviously not normal, it’s better than normal!”

When the time is right, we have no doubt that Chris Harrison will be patiently waiting on standby. (You know, in case they’re interested in a televised wedding special.)
