From sharing photos of her stretch marks to asking for brown bananas, Chrissy Teigen puts it all out there on social media. But there’s one thing you’ll never see the 33-year-old Lip Sync Battle host post about.
Teigen opened up to Popsugar about her social media philosophy as a mom and revealed that even though she’s happy to post videos of her 3-year-old daughter, Luna, being sassy and 1-year-old son, Miles, taking his first steps, not everything is fair game.
“I don’t really post any things that the kids would be ashamed of or mad at me for posting,” Teigen said.
The Cravings: Hungry for More author’s internet guidelines were created after watching the IG stories of her peers. “I see a lot of people posting their kids’ tantrums and having super-meltdowns. I don’t post that stuff just because that, to me, is like—I wouldn’t want someone to do that,” she explained. (Same, actually.)
When it comes to sharing pics and videos of her children, she’s sure to consider their feelings. But Teigen throws caution to the wind and lets her best candid self shine when posting about herself. “You try to protect them, of course, but for the most part, aside from the kids, there is no limit,” she said.
