We’ve already seen Alicia Keys, Janelle Monáe and Dolly Parton herself—but when it comes to the Grammy Awards (or really any awards), we only have eyes for two people: Chrissy Teigen and John Legend.
But alas, our favorite couple was mysteriously absent from this year’s Grammys red carpet. Thankfully, Teigen cleared things up in a single tweet:
“No Grammys for us today. john got [an] EGOT and egot lazy.”
God, we love a bad good pun.
While John snoozed on the couch, she followed up with a healthy pat on the back, as one should. FYI, her hubs completed his Emmy-Grammy-Oscar-Tony (EGOT) collection back in September.
Lazy? He’s earned it.
