Hey, you, eating the kale salad. Put that junk down immediately and get ready for the best news in the history of the universe: Cheese is officially a superfood.

The best study ever, conducted by scientists at the University of Korea, found that cheese has the perfect combination of calcium, protein and vitamins (including zinc, vitamin A, riboflavin and vitamin B12). But the real kicker is a probiotic called Propionibacterium freudenreichii, which is used to ferment some cheeses, including Swiss Emmentaler. We can’t pronounce it, but it has anti-inflammatory and immune-boosting powers, so eat up.

There might have been some more information on there, but we got distracted and ran to the fridge to grab some cheese. To our health!
