Grace Kelly’s Granddaughter Just Rode a Horse on Chanel’s Runway

Everyone needs to see these photos of Grace Kelly’s granddaughter, Charlotte Casiraghi of Monaco.

This week, the 35-year-old model kicked off Chanel’s Haute Couture Spring/Summer show at Paris Fashion Week, which took place at the Grand Palais Éphémère. Instead of simply strutting the catwalk, Casiraghi rode her horse down the runway in a Chanel-approved equestrian outfit.

Casiraghi wore a black tweed jacket with white buttons and paired it with black riding pants and gloves. The royal styled her hair in a simple updo, which was hidden by her matching helmet. Her makeup included a bold winged eyeliner, which accented her rosy cheeks.

Casiraghi is the daughter of Princess Caroline of Hanover and the late Stefano Casiraghi. She was born in 1986 at the Princess Grace Hospital Centre in Monaco, making her 11th in line to the Monegasque throne. The royal has two brothers, Andrea (37) and Pierre (34), and a half-sister, Princess Alexandra (22).

In 2019, Casiraghi tied the knot with her husband, film producer Dimitri Rassam. Although they share one son together—Balthazar (3)—Casiraghi also has another son, Raphaël (8), from her previous marriage to Gad Elmaleh.

Casiraghi is no stranger to the runway. Not only has she modeled for several noteworthy brands, but she’s also a Chanel brand ambassador.
