When Charles Spencer, 59, is not sharing historical photos on social media, he can occasionally be found posting pictures of his family, but rarely any of his late sister, Princess Diana. To mark the anniversary of his sister’s passing, the 9th Earl Spencer is taking a moment to honor her memory by sharing a throwback snap of the two of them from their childhood.

Earlier today, Spencer shared a heartwarming photo featuring himself and his older sister on Instagram. In the pic, we can see a much younger Spencer (wearing a blue shirt and matching blue shorts) smiling widely next to his older sister, who places an arm over his shoulder.

Diana, who looks to be no older than 10, appears to be wearing a pink/white striped summer dress with a short-cut bob.
