Brie Larson Begs for L.A. to Get Fall Weather as She Shares New Backyard Bikini Selfie

For many of us, the air is finally starting to feel a little crisper, and now we're pulling out our cardigans and drinking spiced lattes as the leaves start to fall around us...that is, unless you're Brie Larson, 33, and her fellow Los Angeles residents.

The Academy Award-winning actress posted a selfie to her Twitter account yesterday afternoon, October 15, where she was seen lying in her backyard under a baking sun. It was clearly a warm day, because the Captain Marvel star appeared to be wearing a blue bikini top, and in her caption, she asked, “Does LA even get Fall? [sun emoji].”

In the photo, Larson seemed to be giving a disgruntled expression as she laid out under the sun, but her followers tried to give her a taste of fall by sharing their own photos in the comments.

One user replied with a snap of a multicolored tree and said, “Come visit us in Iowa.. a brisk 49 and beautiful.” Meanwhile, another follower said, “Not sure about LA, but New England sure does!!”

The Room star clearly enjoys being one with nature. Only a couple weeks back, she posted a series of photos to her Instagram where she was seen hanging outdoors, and her caption said, “Some scenic serenity for your feed.”

In the photos, the 33-year-old was captured hanging by a campfire, hiking by the ocean, walking through lush fields and lying out on the sidewalk next to a friend doing archery.

Larson is probably in need of some fall weather because she has spent most of her life in California. The Marvel star was born in Sacramento, and as a small child she expressed interest in becoming an actor.

Soon after her parents' separation when she was only seven, Larson's mother relocated her and her sister to Los Angeles, so that Larson could pursue her dreams of acting.

We hope you get a little fall weather soon, Brie.
