Remember when you first had a glass of rosé and thought, How cool, pink wine! Then, like with everything, the novelty wore off and it became just another option at the store.
Well, get ready to feel that unbridled excitement again because that blue wine that was all over the internet last summer is finally making its way to the U.S. next month (and yay, you can preorder it here).
Manufactured by a Spanish company called Gïk, the wine is created with a mixture of white and red grapes, with organic blue pigments sourced from grape skin (nope, no food coloring here). How does it taste? Like a chilled, sweet white.
