Behold: Bey and Jay's New $400,000 a Month Rental Mansion
Fresh off the birth of their twins, Beyoncé and Jay-Z have packed up their 41 collective Grammys and bevy of babies and moved to a lavish Malibu, Californiam, villa.
The new family of five snagged a palatial estate called La Villa Contenta on the exclusive Malibu coastline for a cool $400,000 a month. (Yeah, super comparable to our rent, too.) La Villa Contenta boats ten bedrooms, 14 bathrooms and six acres of land. Originally on sale for $54.5 million, the estate will serve as the family’s temporary residence while they continue to search for a more permanent Los Angeles home.
With a movie theater, kid-friendly wading pool, tennis courts and library, there’s plenty to keep little Blue Ivy busy while mom and pop Carter attend to the babes.
Behold, the perfection that is the new West Coast Beyhive.
The Carter's new digs come with a backyard fit for five (hundred).
An open-floor-plan living area is just one of the estate's many treasures.
OK, even the breakfast nook has floor-to-ceiling windows and a spectacular ocean view.
The formal dining room features high, elaborate ceilings and two ultra-glam chandeliers.
When you live in a $54.5 million home, gutters are complemented by ornate tile work.
An in-house movie theater for Netflix and chill.
The gourmet kitchen is all done up in Calacatta marble and luxury appliances. Swoon.
Bey is so happy she's not pregnant anymore.
This chic sitting area doubles as a music room.
Every 16,107 square-foot estate deserves a jaw-dropping entrance. OK, we're officially sold.
