Beyoncé Really Leaned Into the Theme at a ‘Great Gatsby’ Party & You Have to See Her Dress

Fact: If you invite Beyoncé to a theme party, she will go above and beyond. Case in point? The 37-year-old “Formation” singer attended a Great Gatsby–themed party for Jay-Z’s niece over the weekend and went all out.

The Lion King star opted for an ornate cabernet-colored custom Walter Collection beaded gown. As if the intricate beading wasn’t spectacular enough, Bey’s translucent gown also featured a hip-high slit, a one-shoulder detail and a bustier bodysuit. Like so many of Beyoncé’s outfits, it was truly a sight to behold. So, naturally, she shared pics on Instagram.

As you’ll notice in the night out slideshow above, Yoncé accessorized the look with a matching crimson faux fur shawl and Jimmy Choo Viola 110 heeled sandals, which are casually encrusted with crystals and feature a feather tassel. Her party shoes are currently on sale for $948, down from $1,895. What a steal, right?

Meanwhile, Jay-Z looked the part in a white Tom Ford tuxedo, a white scarf (a bold choice for summer) and a dapper white cane.

In addition to Beyoncé’s fabulous heels and sexy chic ensemble, she upped the ante with enormous Lorraine Schwartz jewels.
