In Formation! Beyoncé Is Making Educational Degree Dreams Come True

Ever daydreamed about going back to college or actually completing that degree that got away? What if Beyoncé demanded you get your education on? We certainly wouldn’t have the gall to say no...even if the demand came from Blue Ivy and not Beyoncé.

In lieu of celebrating the one-year anniversary of Lemonade, Beyoncé took to her website to share an exciting new scholarly project, so we girls can get one step closer to running this mutha. And, no, Bey isn't actually making demands to go full-blown collegiate, but she absolutely supports it—both emotionally and financially—and so do we. Cue: The Formation Scholars awards.

Beyoncé will use her super powers to scour through tons of applications in search of four, bold and creative students with an "I woke up like this" mind-set. The four boss winners will earn individual scholarships to one of four universities (as outlined on Beyoncé's website), solely funded by Queen Bey. Oh, one other minor detail. No boys allowed. Who run the world? GIRLS! Sorry, fellas—ladies only.

The Formation Scholars is only in its infancy, but it already has two (and counting) stamps of approval from a pair of ladies who know a thing or two about changing lives and making a difference. You know them as Oprah and Michelle Obama. No biggie.

Still interested? We knew you would be. Here's what you need to do, Bugaboo: In addition to reading about the scholarship details on Bey's website, applicants are encouraged to apply directly through each respective university’s website. Now, let’s get in formation
