Colton Underwood Responds to Madison’s ‘Bachelor’ Ultimatum in the Best Way

If you watched the Bachelor fantasy suite episode, then you know Madison pretty much gave Peter Weber an ultimatum: Refrain from intimacy with the other women or risk losing me. Yep, it was a doozy of an episode full of miscommunication and hurt feelings. And while we’re all applauding the 23-year-old foster care recruiter’s resolve to save herself for marriage, many of us were wondering two things. For one, why did Madison wait so long to tell the 28-year-old pilot about her feelings and principles surrounding sex? Secondly, has she seen The Bachelor before?

Luckily, former Bachelor Colton Underwood (who was famously a virgin upon embarking on his Bachelor Nation journey) weighed in with an idea of where Madison’s head is at.

The 28-year-old former football player responded to a headline reading “The Bachelor’s Madison Gives Peter a Fantasy Suite Ultimatum and We Wonder Why She’s On This Show,” with the best one-liner hands down.

He retweeted the headline and quipped, “Uhhhh…she probably watched my season.”

As we mentioned, Underwood was candid about his virgin status from the beginning and maintained his chastity throughout the show. Perhaps this is why Madison turned a blind eye to the fantasy suite portion of the show? As PureWow associate editor Greta Heggeness pointed out, at the very least Madison probably didn’t watch Peter in Hannah Brown’s season of The Bachelorette, because she would have been very aware of his four-times in the windmill reputation. It’s also important to point out that the windmill has been a recurring symbol and topic of conversation throughout this season of The Bachelor. Maybe Madison thought Weber just had a love of energy sources?

The world may never know.
