Anna Faris Finally Debuts Her Engagement Ring with the Help of Jason Biggs

Anna Faris is sporting some significant brand-new bling and, honestly, it’s pretty massive.

Ever since Faris’s Mom co-star, Allison Janney, accidentally revealed earlier this year that she’s been engaged to Ted and Kiss Kiss Bang Bang cinematographer Michael Barrett “for a long time,” we’ve been patiently waiting for a glimpse of the ring. Now, that moment has finally come, and we have Jason Biggs to thank…?

Yesterday, after 43-year-old Faris interviewed her new “best friend,” Biggs, on her podcast Unqualified, she posted an Instagram slideshow of them together in which her ring was prominently on display. Warning: It totally looks like she and Biggs just got engaged. (They didn’t—he’s been married to actress/writer Jenny Mollen for 12 years and they have two kids together.)

As you’ll notice above, Faris’s new sparkler appears to be a cushion cut yellow diamond or yellow sapphire with a halo and a smaller set of diamonds surrounding it. Zooming in, the ring also looks like it features a split shank. (Side note: Anyone else getting some major prom vibes from this pic?)

Faris didn’t mention her ring’s debut in the caption accompanying the photo series, sadly. Instead, she wrote, “I became best friends with [Jason Biggs] this week! We talked about how proud his parents are of him and I made him tell me what he really thinks about LA! @unqualified.”

So what do we know about Faris’s engagement? Well, she and Barrett, 49, began dating in 2017 after working together on her film Overboard. They were first spotted out and about with each other in October of that year and sparked engagement rumors in November 2019 when she was seen rocking a massive rock on that finger.

Previously, Faris was married to Chris Pratt for eight years before they parted ways in August 2017. They share a 7-year-old son named Jack. She was also married to actor Ben Indra from 2004 to 2008.

Congratulations, Anna!
