‘Virgin River’ Star Alexandra Breckenridge Is Turning Her IG into a Cookstagram—New Side Hustle, Perhaps?
She's swapping scripts for recipes
Breckenridge, who plays Melinda “Mel” Monroe on Virgin River, has been sharing all kinds of recipes with her followers.
From smoked chickens to breakfast burritos to tomato salads, the American Horror Story actress has really been showing off her range, and fans are loving it.
On her tomato salad video, one user commented, “You make everything look so pretty and appealing. A real talent! Thank you for continuing to share with us.” Meanwhile, another wrote, “Delish!! Thank you for sharing this.”
While Breckenridge’s cooking videos have been more prolific as of late, fans who have been following her for a long time might recall that she's posted quite a few cooking clips in the past.
In fact, she's even filmed videos with her fellow Virgin River co-stars, Martin Henderson, 48, and Zibby Allen, 42, who portray Jack and Brie Sheridan on the show.
All the way back in August 2021, Henderson shared a clip where he taught Breckenridge how to make a Pavlova—a meringue-based dessert. In his caption, Henderson wrote, “The final reveal of Alex’s first ever Pavlova surpasses all expectation!!!”
Now, fans are waiting to see if Breckenridge will reunite with her co-stars for another cooking collab. One follower said, “Can’t wait to see if you do another cooking show with @martinhendersonofficial and @zibbyloo …because season 5 of Virgin River is not complete without one! Perhaps include @colinlawrence97 since he is the cooking aficionado for Jack's Bar.”
We'll be keeping our fingers crossed.
