In true Christmas spirit, we’re happy to share our discoveries. Here, we've rounded up a selection of our favorite random-but-useful products that we purchased in the last month. From a cloud-like pair of slides to fridge organization bins, here are the items PureWow staffers loved in July.

Commerce Editor Olivia Dubyak is obsessed with her new cozy slides. “I know these went viral on TikTok a while back, and I’m totally behind, but I have hardly taken these things off my feet since I bought them. It’s like sliding your foot into a squishy cloud. I’m definitely buying more colors,” she raves. Some customers note they will shrink if left in the sun, so be cautious where you leave them.
We’re always down for hack that makes our life easier, and that is just what this drip tray is—a fab new laundry hack. Senior Audience Development Strategist Mary D’Alessio says it’s a game-changer. “We have Costco detergent, and the way the bottle is designed, it ends up with little drips on the floor. These cup holders capture leaks, so there’s not a sticky mess to clean up,” she says. Plus, they come in a two-pack.
Fun in the sun…as long you’re protected from those dangerous UV rays, and Fashion Editor Abby Hepworth loves this sun hoodie for when she’s hiking in the Great Outdoors. “I simply cannot shut up about it. Basically, it’s a super lightweight long-sleeve shirt with a hood intended to protect you from the sun while also keeping you cool, and it is amazing,” she said. “I bought it for hiking across a glacier so that I wouldn’t have to reapply sunscreen every five minutes, but I’ve since been using it for gardening, running and picnics with friends.”
Size range: XS to XXL
Ahh, there’s nothing like an aesthetically pleasing, organized fridge. A few of these bins are making unloading groceries more of an art and less of a chaotic sprint to the fridge. Plus, they make your kitchen more efficient. “When I see that my fridge can dispenser is low on my my beloved Yerba Mate drinks, it reminds me to stock up so I won't run out of energy and refreshment in the long hot summer,” says Senior Editor Dana Dickey.
A multipurpose cleaning tool is making our millennial selves way too giddy.Editorial Director of Branded Content Angela Pares says this is her new favorite purchase. “I bought this to clean my AirPods after seeing it on TikTok. I've even used it to clean my keyboard and phone, too,” she says.
Editor-in-Chief Jillian Quint has tested and confirmed this handy device will keep you aware of any leaks that make your way into your home when you’re not there. “Since we're away a lot this summer, and our basement has been known to, on occasion, get some unwanted water, we picked up this smart water sensor. You put it on the floor, and if it senses water, it emits a loud beep and (most importantly for us) sends a text message to your phone alerting you,” she explains.
Your phone camera is going to be crystal clear with these wipes on hand. Managing Editor Catrina Yohay loves leaning on these instead of wiping her lens with her shirt. “I can't stand when my iPhone camera has even a smidge of grime or dirt on it. These lens cleaning wipes work wonders for a quick touch-up, especially at the beach or while traveling when you're constantly touching your phone to take photos,” she raves.
A sustainable alternative for a daily beauty product is always a great investment, and Executive Editor Candace Davison concurs. “Each pad can be used 250 times, and it comes in a compact case made out of recycled, ocean-bound plastic. After reducing my paper towel use with Swedish dishcloths, this seemed like a simple next step. So far, they don't irritate my skin, and I love that they can be thrown in the wash with my laundry,” she says.
“I recently bought vacuum seal bags for a move and it's the best thing I could've done. They legitimately compact your luggage when packing and give you a little bit more room to squeeze in some smaller items into your suitcase. I highly recommend for travel,” raves Associate Editor Stephanie Sengwe. This 20-pack has five sizes and comes with a hand pump if you don’t have a vacuum handy.
