Um, You Can Soon Live at the Waldorf Astoria
Twenty20

You might know the famous Waldorf Astoria hotel in Manhattan for fabulous Art Deco architecture, fancy-pants tea and cocktails or that famous scene in Scent of a Woman. But starting in 2020, it could also be the place you call home.

Indeed, after a three-year (or thereabouts) renovation, the iconic hotel will offer a quarter of the rooms to guests, with the remaining ones sold as luxury condos.

No word yet on exactly how much each unit will cost, but we can only assume a full-time residence overlooking Central Park doesn’t come cheap.

On the plus side, your kids could do for the Waldorf what Eloise did for the Plaza.
