You might know the famous Waldorf Astoria hotel in Manhattan for fabulous Art Deco architecture, fancy-pants tea and cocktails or that famous scene in Scent of a Woman. But starting in 2020, it could also be the place you call home.
Indeed, after a three-year (or thereabouts) renovation, the iconic hotel will offer a quarter of the rooms to guests, with the remaining ones sold as luxury condos.

On the plus side, your kids could do for the Waldorf what Eloise did for the Plaza.
