You swore you forgot your favorite shift dress at the dry cleaner--until you spot it crumpled in a pile on your closet floor. Keep it in place with this trick from your craft-supplies arsenal.
What you need: A glue gun, glue stick and a coat hanger with a little bit of surface area. (Think plastic or wooden but never wire.)
What you do: Heat up your glue gun and carefully apply a squiggly line to the outer thirds of the top of the coat hanger. Give it at least 30 minutes to dry, then rehang your garments.
Why it works: Dry glue won’t leave a mark on garments but is still tacky enough for the rubber-like grip you find on pricier hangers.
