Use tension rods to keep flat items like cookie sheets, serving trays and cutting boards in an upright position.

Tension rods can also be used underneath the sink for hanging cleaning supplies. (Just make sure the rod can withstand the weight. A screw mount is a more secure option; a hardware store can trim the rods to fit.)
