“After a full morning of training at AKT, I love to go to Simply Sublime. It’s a little health food shop somewhat off the beaten path. The salad I find I crave the most is the Sublime Salad, which has lettuce, tomato, onion, kalamata olives, shredded carrots, corn, cucumber, dried cranberries and walnuts with their homemade basil balsamic Dijon dressing. I will usually add chicken--it’s the perfect combination of carbs, veggies, healthy fats and protein.”

“I typically finish teaching Flywheel around noon, so I’ll try to grab something on the go and head to Atlantic Avenue Beach or the Montauk pier for a picnic. My all-time favorite lunch is a to-go order from the Amagansett Seafood Store. It includes scallop ceviche, a lobster or tuna roll, and shrimp and seaweed salad. It’s the freshest seafood in the Hamptons and I literally could eat it every day.”
