Summer is in full swing, which means we’re spending less time standing in front of a sweltering oven and more time outside. So let’s take this (socially distanced) party out to the back deck and whip up quick and easy seasonal meals every night this week. Frosé?

Produce
7 garlic cloves
3 red onions
1 sweet onion
3 cucumbers
5 scallions
2 summer squash
2 large zucchini
2¼ pounds tomatoes
16 ounces cherry tomatoes
1 red bell pepper
1 European cucumber
4 ears corn
1 pineapple
1 lime
2 lemons
One 2-inch piece ginger
1 bunch baby spinach

Monday: Cold Sesame Cucumber Noodles
