Cheese Pizza with Cauliflower Crust

Sure, you could buy TJ’s cauliflower pizza crust, gather toppings and make your own homemade pizza, but who has time for that? When you just really need a quick pie but don’t want to ruin your diet (or you’re gluten-free), pop one of these bad boys in the oven for ten minutes and voilà (or should we say mangia?).

Za’atar Chèvre

Yes, we’re really into cheese. And, yes, we always make a beeline for TJ’s holy grail: the meat and dairy case. So when we caught wind that there’s a new goat’s-milk curd in town, and that it’s topped with a blend of Middle Eastern spices, we couldn’t resist. Add it to your charcuterie board, pronto.

Gochujang Flavored Almonds

If you’re a hot-sauce-in-my-bag kinda gal, you won’t be disappointed by gochujang, a Korean hot sauce paste made with red chiles. Trader Joe’s has coated roasted almonds with it, and the results are absolutely glorious. Set this deceptively healthy snack out for your party this weekend (and don’t be surprised if they magically vanish before your eyes).

Chocolate Filled Crêpes

We mean…how could you say no to these? Thin, golden crepes are topped with gooey milk chocolate, rolled up and frozen for easy prep. Just pop a few in the microwave, then serve with a scoop of ice cream, powdered sugar and fresh berries. Who needs a trip to Paris, anyway? (Well, still you. But these will definitely tide you over until then.)

Kohlrabi Salad Blend

Guys, salad can be sexy, and here’s proof: The Kohlrabi blend combines green and red cabbage with kale and golden beets for a new mix when you get tired of all those bags of baby spinach. Add it to your turkey-and-cheese wraps, as a base for your salads or sauté it with olive oil and sea salt for an easy (and healthy) dinner side.

Midnight Moo Organic Chocolate Syrup

…But before you eat too much salad, save room for breakfast and dessert (yeah, we won’t have any trouble with that request, either). This organic, kosher, fat-free (aka healthy, right?) chocolate syrup is back by popular demand, and we’re excited to drizzle it on just about everything.

Just Coconut Chunks

Making smoothies at home always seems so attainable…until we realize we’d rather just grab a bacon-and-egg sandwich on the way to work. An easy solution? Grab a bag of pre-cut coconut chunks in the TJ’s freezer aisle for one less step on your way to blended goodness.

Riced Cauliflower Stir-Fry

You absolutely could order Chinese takeout for the second time this week, or you could heat a cup of this cauli stir-fry in a pan of olive oil for six minutes. The finished product: a meal (or side) that clocks in at only 50 calories and has 2 measly grams of fat. Guilt-free, tasty and no delivery-guy awkwardness? We’ll take five bags, please.

Sparkling Waters

At a buck per 1-liter bottle, it’s hard for us (and our wallets) to say no to TJ’s naturally flavored seltzer. The flavors (Pineapple, Island Colada, Grapefruit and Cranberry Clementine) are delicious on their own or added to a cocktail for a crisp, fruity bite—without the sugar, of course. Trader Joe’s is great that way.
