Like your drink with a kick? Let us introduce you to the jalapeño paloma. This citrusy, spicy cocktail was made for hot summer nights. (Or for rainy Sunday afternoons. That works, too.)

What You Need:
 - Ice
 - 1½ ounces Tanteo jalapeño tequila
 - ½ ounce yuzu puree
 - Juice of ½ lime
 - Juice and zest of ½ grapefruit
 - Thyme

Step 1: Put ice in a martini glass and set aside to chill.

Step 2: Combine the ice, tequila and yuzu puree in a cocktail shaker. 

Step 3: Squeeze the lime and grapefruit juices into the shaker. Add a sprig of thyme. 

Step 4: Shake until well combined. Remove the ice from the glass before straining in the cocktail.

Step 5: Add a touch of grapefruit zest and a sprig of thyme for garnish. Drink up.
