Maybe it’s just you and your S.O. for Thanksgiving this year. Or maybe you’re just craving a holiday feast without the hours and hours of work. Either way, we’ve got you covered. Whip up this stuffed, wrapped turkey the next time you’re in the mood for a mini Thanksgiving dinner.

What You Need:
 - Skinless, boneless turkey breast
 - 1 cup mushrooms, chopped
 - ½ cup dried cranberries
 - ½ tablespoon fresh thyme, minced
 - ½ tablespoon fresh sage, minced
 - 1 pear, peeled and chopped
 - Cooking twine

Step 1: Butterfly the turkey breast, then place it between two sheets of wax paper and flatten it with a rolling pin.

Step 2: Mix together the mushrooms, cranberries, thyme, sage and pear in a large bowl.

Step 3: Spread the stuffing mix along the turkey breast.

Step 4: Roll up the turkey and secure with cooking twine.

Step 5: Brown each side of your turkey roll in an oven-proof skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 6: Place the entire skillet into the oven for 45 to 60 minutes at 350°F.

Step 7: Remove the twine, slice and serve. Happy Thanksgiving!
